Charles Lillis is currently advising Zephyr on product development and marketing. From 2004 until July 2006 he was a partner in Oxus Cross Border Finance LLP, offering advisory services principally in the fund management sector. Prior to that he was Managing Director of Govett Investments, responsible for the firm’s open-end fund business, from 1999 to 2003. He was previously head of Group Product Development at Fleming Investment Management from 1994 to 1999 and at Merrill Lynch from 1986 to 1994, where he was deputy head of equity syndication. Prior to that he was at S G Warburg from 1974 to 1983 and Credit Suisse First Boston from 1983 to 1986 where he was responsible for advising central banks of developing countries on debt restructuring and corporates on raising finance. He received a degree in classics from Oxford University.
