Brian Matthews is based out of Zephyr’s London office and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, Mr Mathews spent 11 years with KPMG in London and Tokyo. In 1984 he joined the investment banking department at Robert Fleming before moving to Tokyo to run Jardine Fleming Investment Advisers. He returned to London as head of Group Compliance in 1992 and was involved with oversight of Robert Fleming’s joint ventures in the Western Emerging Markets.
