John A. Cerminaro is the Zephyr Management L.P. Chief Financial and Administrative Officer. Mr. Cerminaro has oversight responsibility for Zephyr’s financial accounting and controls, funds administration, and information technology. Based in New York, Mr. Cerminaro oversees comptrollers responsible for Kingdom Zephyr Africa Management, Zephyr Peacock, and Plimsoll Mark Capital.

Mr. Cerminaro was previously with Bank of America – Merrill Lynch where as head of the firm’s offshore shared services organization he was responsible for the establishment, integration, and management of offshore captive service centers and strategic vendor alliances. He has extensive global experience in the management of complex projects requiring the integration of finance, accounting, tax, legal, risk, compliance, and technology resources. Prior to joining Merrill Lynch in 2000, Mr. Cerminaro served as a Senior Manager at Price Waterhouse Coopers in their financial services consulting group.

Mr. Cerminaro earned a B.S. from the SUNY Institute of Technology and an MBA from the University of Chicago. He is a member of the US-India Business Council, the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals™ (IAOP), and the Financial Services Roundtable – Offshore Operating Committee.
