Panos Voutyritsas, joined the Africa private equity investment team in 2003 and is based in Johannesburg. Previously, he was a Founding member of the private equity platform of Soros Real Estate Partners for real estate investments in Southeastern Europe. From 1998 to 2002, Mr. Voutyritsas held investment banking and corporate finance positions at Salomon Smith Barney and JP Morgan & Co., Inc. Mr. Voutyritsas received a BS in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from Cornell University where he graduated first in his class in 1998.
