Robin L. Rains joined Zephyr in 2009 as Vice President of Asset Management, with primary responsibility for overseeing the management of MCAP portfolio properties, including the refinancing, acquisition and disposition of properties. She has extensive experience in real estate asset management, finance, and development on behalf of private and institutional investors, including Prudential, the US Department of Housing and Urban Development, and Centerline Capital Group. She received a BA in Urban Studies from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill in 1984, and completed her Masters degree in Regional Planning in 1986 from the same University.
