Prior to joining the MCAP investment team in 2005, Mr. Frischer was a Senior Vice President and Loan Originator at Capri Capital which he joined in 1995. At Capri, Mr. Frischer was responsible for US $800 million in multi-family and commercial loan originations over a period of 8 years. Prior to joining Capri, Mr. Frischer was an Asset Specialist at the Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC) and a real estate salesman for Advance Realty Associates in New York City. Mr. Frischer received an A.B. from the College of Arts and Sciences of Cornell University in 1988.
