Mr. Johnson is responsible for all accounting and financial reporting functions for the MCAP family of funds. Prior to joining Zephyr in 2003, he was Vice President, Finance for real estate opportunity funds at J.E. Robert Companies. Mr. Johnson was a tax accountant for Arthur Andersen & Co. from 1989 to 1992. Mr. Johnson has extensive experience in real estate fund accounting, portfolio performance reporting, cash flow modeling and cash management. Mr. Johnson received a BA in Government from Wesleyan University in 1989 and an MS in Public Accounting from the University of Hartford in 1990.
