Prior to joining Zephyr in 2008, José was a Vice President within Deutsche Bank’s corporate finance teams in Mexico City and London. While at Deutsche Bank, José focused on originating and executing advisory assignments in diverse sectors including financial services, food, construction, shipping, and steel. Completed transactions include acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, commercial and distribution agreements, and structured financing. Prior to joining Deutsche Bank in 2000, José held positions in Mexico City with Booz, Allen & Hamilton, and Banamex, Mexico’s largest bank. José received an MBA from New York University and a BA in Business from ITAM in Mexico City.
