Andrea Geisser is Senior Advisor to Zephyr private equity funds. He assists the team with general due diligence of prospective target companies in addition to providing the team with specific industry expertise in speciality manufacturing.

Mr. Geisser has over 30 years of investing experience and was a senior partner with some of North America’s largest private equity firms. Mr. Geisser was a founder and managing director of Fenway Partners (1994 to 2006), a US$1Bn+ private equity firm and previous to that was a senior partner with Butler Capital, another US$1Bn+ private equity fund. During this period, Mr. Geisser executed investments representing over US$1bn in capital across a variety of industries with a focus on retail and consumer products. Mr. Geisser also worked for the office of the Agnelli family and was a portfolio manager with Lazard Freres.

Mr. Geisser currently serves as a Board Member and Audit Committee Chair for iRobot, a manufacturer and distributor of robots for the consumer and military market.

Mr. Geisser holds a PMD from Harvard University and a BA in Economics from Bocconi University (Milano).
