Mr. Geisser has over 30 years of investing experience and was a senior partner with some of North America’s largest private equity firms. Mr. Geisser was a founder and managing director of Fenway Partners (1994 to 2006), a US$1Bn+ buy-out firm and previous to that was a senior partner with Butler Capital, another US$1Bn+ private equity fund. During this period, Mr. Geisser executed investments representing over US$1bn in capital across a variety of industries with a focus on retail and consumer products. Mr. Geisser also worked for the family office of the Agnelli family and was a portfolio manager with Lazard Freres. Mr. Geisser holds a PMD from Harvard University and a BA in Economics from Bocconi University (Milano).
